Daniel Israel

Daniel Israel is a Civil Engineer who graduated from (I.S.T.H) The Institute Superior Technology of Haiti. He then traveled to the United State to continue his education at the New York City College of Technology. He has worked for the Haitian Company of Prestressed Concrete (Preco.sa), Telecommunication of Haiti (Teleco. sa). The New York City Building Department as well as Edison Park Fast. He is an entrepreneur and a pioneer with a passion for philanthropy. Faith, Hope, and charity are is the core value.

Yves Virgile
Vice President
He has a B.S. in Business Economics and a licensed Accountant from the Institute of Hautes Etudes Commerciales et Economiques. Studied Corporate Finance online. I worked at SocaBank for 13 years. Started as a teller and worked to climb all the ranks to become Deputy Director of the Comptroller General Office. Worked for a while at the National Credit Bank, before going to Sogebank as a Senior Auditor. After his studies in finance, he had the chance to work at Micro Credit National as South Regional Director, before working as Director of micro-finance, ONAPAM, at the Office National d’Assurance-Vieillesse from December 2012 to the present day. Yves currently teach Accounting, Auditing, and Microfinance as a discipline. worked at the Institute of Higher Commercial and Economic Studies, at the Episcopal University of Les Cayes. He currently offer his services to the Episcopal University of Port au Prince, the Higher Institute of Administration and Management (ISAG), and the Autonomous University of Port au Prince. He is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, a North American order. Like any banker worthy of the name, he is a compliance officer working to uphold the standards and principles of healthy economic activity.

Jean-Max Chery
Secretary General
Graduated from the Center for Planning Technique and Applied Economics (CTPEA) with an option in Project Management. He is currently an independent consultant and an expert in MSME financing in Congo.
His expertise comes from his experience in the field of micro-finance where he worked for 12 years in various financial institutions including Haiti from 1999 to 2011. Jean-Max areas of expertise are: risk and portfolio management, financial analysis, customer management, market research, development of financial products, and policy and procedure development in Microfinance. Jean-Max Chery takes to heart helping vulnerable people in order to allow them to flourish and develop their ability to sustain themselves. The reason for choosing this market segment is the micro-finance to be able to give the most marginalized people in the economic sector an incentive so that they become self-sufficient and financially independent.Jean-Max Chery wants to be a major manager in his chosen field, especially by bringing together entrepreneurs and practitioners, on the other hand, to allow them to be effective and efficient each on their own and improve their living conditions. This desire to help others who are weaker and in need makes me feel comfortable to work within the organization because our goals converge in the same direction

Fabienne Blanc
Senior Project Manager
Doctor by training, specializes in Family Medicine at the Latin American School of Medicine (ELAM) in Santiago Cuba. Also, she holds a master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Montreal (UDEM) with an option in Policies and Health Care Management. She is currently the South Departmental Coordinator of the Maternal and Child Health Improvement Project through Integrated Social Services (PASMISSI) of the World Bank of the Results-Based Financing (RBF) component.From 2011 to date, she has worked with great interest in the field of Community Health and Health Care Management where she worked for 9 years in different departments and health institutions in Haiti. Her areas of expertise are portfolio management, healthcare facilities, teams, operations, programs, and performance-based projects; coaching and training of human resources in health institutions; management of community projects and programs; organization development of projects, and programs.Dr. Fabienne BLANC is dedicated to putting all her expertise into the growth of the Haitian health care system based on its capacity in order to contribute to improving the use and quality of health services offered to the Haitian population.

Clara Paul
Treasurer
Born in Port-au-Prince. After her classical studies, she studied Accounting with a Focus on Finance. She added to her studies the training of trainers and also a specialization in Micro-finance.
With more than 19 years of experience in the micro-finance sector, she established herself in the field. Her seriousness, her integrity, her spirit of initiative and, being a hard worker, all these capacities and qualities, allowed her to position herself and occupy positions of responsibility of management in the various institutions where she was able to lend her skills and services.
Always ready to help vulnerable people, she strongly agreed as a founding member of JPSO to the position of Treasurer to continue to provide support to anyone in need.

Harold Israel
Board Member
He takes a dream and turns it into reality through sound strategy development. He believes in empowering others to take ownership and accomplish their responsibilities in a manner, which enhances the individual and collective growth of the population they serve. He possesses solid ethics, a self-motivated personality, and a steadfast commitment to children. Harold Israel strives to be an exceptional listener who adepts at assessing the strengths and weaknesses of a diversity of individuals, programs, and processes. A leader who takes the data and various perspectives, and utilizes it to improve the lives of children and learn to meet the mission of the organization, collective and individual needs of the population. He is currently a college professor at Rutgers Business School and an Educator at Pathways in Technology Early College High School (P-TECH). He is also the owner of MUS Radio, an online Christian Gospel radio station. An experienced Event Producer with a demonstrated history of working in the entertainment industry. He is skilled in Digital Strategy, Production Management, Integrated Marketing, and Advertising. Harold Israel graduated from Rutgers Business School with an MBA, Touro College University M.S. School District Leadership, and SUNY at Old Westbury B.A. Political Science with a minor in French.
